What to expect from Campus Galvaniho

Welcome to Campus Galvaniho, the unique location that connects. Campus Galvaniho is made up of four buildings (GBC 1, GBC 2, GBC 4, GBC 5) that are home to dozens of companies from diverse sectors. Connecting different sectors in one location creates the perfect backdrop for synergies and collaboration across domains.

Social activities are also supported by the architecture and design of Campus Galvaniho itself. Each of the buildings offers not only high-quality workspaces, but also communal areas of the highest quality. The green terraces, atriums or loggias situated within the buildings make the overall impression of being indoors more pleasant and also provide a positive effect on the psyche of the tenants. The modern architectural design of our newest building, GBC 5, has even received a nomination for the prestigious CE ZA AR 2022 architectural award and a nomination for the Dušan Jurkovič Award. The public space at Campus Galvaniho is complemented by a stone garden with a fountain with waterlily-shaped elements called Monet’s Garden by Slovak artist Viliam Loviška. Moreover, art accompanies you almost everywhere in Campus Galvaniho. In fact, GBC buildings 1, 2 and 4 make up the GUBA Gallery, which consists of ten separate galleries on an area of about 2,600 m². There you will find, for example, works by the Slovak painter Marek Vrzgula.

Campus Galvaniho is also home to several shops and restaurants that enhance the tenant experience. In addition, our Campus is located in an area that offers abundant shopping and leisure opportunities in the Avion shopping centre, Hornbach, XXXLutz, IKEA stores, or even the K2 climbing centre. Ecology and green energy also play an important role in Campus Galvaniho. There are 246 photovoltaic panels on the roof of GBC 5, which help us produce energy in an environmentally friendly way and make our buildings more energy efficient. Photovoltaic panels were also added to all other buildings on Campus Galvaniho in December 2022 and will produce energy for the common areas of the buildings from January 2023. We are also encouraging eco-conscious tenant behaviour by installing charging stations for e-vehicles.

The future of Campus Galvaniho will see us further improving services for all out tenants. We plan to expand by offering flexible office solutions and continue to promote synergies between tenants. At the same time, we are working on deepening our cooperation with Avion shopping centre and other neighbours in the area.
